Abbey works with global outreach teams to help teams gain a deeper understanding of missional living. She equips and mobilizes teams before, during, and after their time on the field. She is dedicated to discipling participants and mentoring team leaders to foster long-term fruitfulness. Her role focuses on building a culture of missions by helping teams take the lessons learned in Latin America and apply them to their own communities and circles back home.
